如無必要唔好 update 去 office 2003 sp3

部份舊 file 會開唔到, Microsoft 美其名為 security 設想, 眾所周知越新既 file format 越易有 security 問題, 所以唔少人認為係想谷d 人唔可以用 Open Office, 無論如何都係唔好 update 吧。
