放假 main. 下自己部機, 見有得update Vista到 sp1, 雖然我成日話危險, 最好等到sp2 先做, 但好奇心驅使又心郁郁想裝。裝之前 research 一下, 發現:

嘿嘿, Microsft 既例牌, 出事, 未裝 Vista SP1 前要先裝 KB937287, 有唔少人死左係個 KB937287 度。再搵搵, 發現 KB949358, 詳細講發生乜事:

When you try to install an update from Windows Update on a computer
that is running Windows Vista, you may receive the following message:

configuring updates stage 3 of 3. 0% complete

After
you receive this message, the computer reverts to the screen that
displays the same message. Additionally, the update is not installed
successfully, and the computer restarts.

即係部電腦不停restart? 然後見一大堆複雜既解決方法, 又 safe mode 又盛, 好煩! 再睇下有乜辦法避免:

To avoid this problem, install update 937287 separately from all other
updates. Install the update that applies to your version of Windows
Vista to enable future updates to be installed successfully.

OK… 剩低既問題就係敢唔敢搵自己部電腦做白老鼠了…
